Delivery times
We aim to send all orders out within 5 working days of receipt. However as we make some products to order this can take a little longer at busy times such as Christmas. If you need your order for a special occasion then let us know and we will do our best to get it to you on time.
Delivery method
All orders are sent by “Recorded Delivery” with the Royal Mail and should take 2-4 days to reach you. All orders will require a signature.
Shipping costs
A standard delivery charge of £3.95 is payable for all orders on mainland UK.
For deliveries outside mainland UK please contact us with details of the items you wish to order and the destination, and we will get back to you with a fast, efficient quote for delivery.
Returns policy
We hope that you are happy with your purchase, however if you are not please return it to us within 14 days and we will be happy to exchange or refund your purchase. We cannot be responsible for returned goods being lost on their way to us.
Please note that returned items must be in perfect condition (unused and in their original packaging)
Goods are returned at your own cost. The delivery charge for the original order is non-refundable
If you received damaged or faulty goods we will replace them or refund in full (including the original postage charge for refunds).
We strongly recommend that you use recorded delivery or obtain a certificate of posting when you return any parcel. Certificates of posting are available free at the post office and will enable us to action your refund should your parcel be lost or delayed in the post.
Hand made products
As some of our products are hand made to order using a variety of fabrics we cannot guarantee that the product you receive will be exactly the same as the one you see on screen. However it will always be very similar. We like to think that’s what makes our products special and different and we hope you will too.
